14- 3 healthy habits.
Hmmm, I had to think a lot about this one.
1- Read for at least one hour everyday. It really helps your grammar, your mood. It helps to uplift me. It could be anything too, the papers, a novel, a blog, anything. Just read something.
2- Try to make one person smile or laugh everyday. It could be the gate man, the bus conductor, your partner, sibling, colleague, friend or parent. Send a funny text,a link to a funny video, anything just try it for a week. And gauge your level of happiness.
3- A glass of wine keeps the mental trolls at bay.
