Fashion isn’t my thing. At all. If I ever saw my name in a list of “fashionistas”, I would know one of my friends went all Mafioso on who ever created said list. What I am though, is picky. I have have grown to like different things which guide me especially when shopping or putting a look together but mostly, shopping. Trends, Patterns, Fabrics, shapes etc. These preferences guide me every single time and it’s also useful piece of information for friends or family who want to buy me stuff. *wink wink*
Today, I’m sharing my love for monochrome. I love The Monochrome which is pretty weird because I don’t like the colour, white. But I really love monochrome. There is something about it that reminds me of a blank page. The possibilities of what you can do on a blank is just limitless, same goes for The Monochrome.
You can dress it up, or dress it down, you can be funky or retro or sporty or vintage. You can create whatever look you can imagine. At one point in my life, I used to tell myself, that when I become older, all my outfits would be monochrome. I would be that old woman who only dressed in black and white. Pretty cool, huhn? Yeah, still dream about it.
